Present Labeling Process

A pressure sensitive adhesive is a tacky substance applied to label that adheres to the bottle surface when light pressure is applied.

Our Route

In-Mold Labeling is a process for labeling or decorating a plastic object while the object is being formed in the mold.

TYPES OF PET BLOW MOLDING PROCESS

  • Single Stage Blow molding (ISBM)

    Molten polymer is fed into a hot runner

    forms the internal shape of the Preform

    Mold opens & Preform clamped into the hollow, chilled blow mold

    compressed air fed into the Preform, which inflates it to the finished article shape

  • Mighty

    Ready Preform placed to preheating chamber

    Preheating at 120 – 150 degree C

- Kg of carbon dioxide absorbed by 17 trees in a year = 1986 kgs.

- For making 10,00,000 bottles we need 2 tones of liner

- Oxygen loss will be 0.02 grams behind each label

- Carbon generated behind each label =0.01 grams
