Hygienic production facilities coupled with sophisticated machines has made our range most sought after across pharmaceutical & solvent and chemical industry. We make use of advanced testing facilities such as Venire Caliper, Micro Meter Screw Gauge and Porosity Tester Machine to ensure the flow of only quality products. Under the profound guidance of our mentor Mr. Navin K Mehta, having an industrial experience of 30 years we have made trusted partners throughout the domestic market. Our ethical business practices as a manufacturer and exporter have helped us in carving niche for ourselves in the industry and garnering renowned clients such as Pidilite Industries Ltd and Glen mark Pharmaceuticals Ltd etc We are committed to high standards of manufacturing to ensure safe & hygienic finished product.
Today we are having production capacity of manufacturing Platforms of 20 MT per month and 10 lacks nos. of bottles/containers per month. As well as 500 Million Plastic Caps Per Month .This has been possible due to our latest state of the art plant & machinery and well qualified & trained manpower who have gained vast experience in this field.

With an experience of over 4 decades and under the leadership of Mr. Navin Mehta the company has the lineage of strong business ethics and impeccable know how of the aluminum & plastic container industry vertical. Mr. Mehta has been in the packaging industry for over 40 years where he has been successfully heading Diva Packaging Pvt Ltd. Incorporated in 1989. In the year 1992 Vinayak Plastics was incorporated with Mr Vikram J Brahmabhatt as Managing Partner with the vision of complimenting the aluminum collapsible tubes business with state of the art plastic caps manufacturing unit. Looking at the trends of the industry and the increasing demand of the PET bottles Vitrag Plastic Industry was established with state of the art Injection Blow molding machines with an entirely brand new plant in DAMAN.

Business Plan & objectives
Continuing with the business objectives Vitrag Plastic Industries plans to acquire Hisahi Pastochem which is a profit making unit in Slivasa which is primarily in the business of manufacturing HDP containers from 0.5L to 60 L. it has been resolved looking at the current industry trends and expanding the product range the accusation would be of great strategic importance. The due diligence performed by us gives us the insight that we would be able to significantly scale the business by the way of cross selling the existing product range to Hisahi Pastochem clients vis a vis we would be able to offer our existing clients with the full range of HDP products. Our efforts to become THE ONE STOP SHOP for providing cost effective, Quality conscious, timely delivered & Dependable packaging solutions to the requirements of our clients and shall continually strive to improve all aspects of our business for complete customer satisfaction.
